WHOLESALE APPROVAL

To place a wholesale order with Eflie, you must first be approved for a wholesale account.

You will need to provide:

• Full name
• Business name
• State Tax ID/EIN
• Resale Certificate
• Retail or business address
• Business website/URL
• Contact information

Once approved, your account will be created using the information provided.

Wholesale accounts are approved only for the business listed on the application. If you want to sell through another business or location, you must submit a new application.

Wholesale customers may purchase products only from the Wholesale Catalog. For regular retail purchases, use a personal account.

 

WHOLESALE TERMS

Resale:

Products may only be resold through your own physical store or business website. Third-party marketplaces such as Etsy, Amazon, Poshmark, Mercari, and Facebook Marketplace are not permitted.

Minimum Order:

$100 USD per opening order and reorder, before shipping.

Pricing:

Most products are up to 50% off MSRP, unless otherwise stated.

Minimum Quantity:

Items are sold in quantities of 3 or more per style, unless otherwise noted.

Payment:

Orders are reviewed before payment is processed. Major credit cards are accepted.

Final Sale:

All confirmed orders are final sale.

Processing & Shipping:

Made-to-order items typically ship within 2–4 weeks, But as I try to be as flexible as possible please let me know if you need something faster or for a specific date/event.

Cancellation, Return & Exchanges:

All wholesale sales are final. No cancellations, returns, or exchanges after orders are confirmed.
